Frankfurt hosted this year’s BID International Arch of Europe Convention, where professionals and business leaders from around the world gathered to recognize excellence and success. In particular, the convention celebrated quality in business and operations. Award winners demonstrated commitment to the criteria of the QC100 TQM Model, which helps bolster customer satisfaction and cost efficiency across all areas of operation.

Among this year’s winners, Le Thi Ngoc Lan of LeGroup Manufacturing and Trading JSC, from Vietnam, received the International Arch of Europe for Quality and Technology Award in the Gold Category at the BID Quality Convention in Frankfurt. The organization has made huge strides this year as a leader not only within its sector, but also in Vietnam. XBT Holding, Ltd, from Cyprus. This enterprise headquartered in Holland has a total of 7 subsidiaries in 3 continents and data centers in the USA, Europe and Asia which provide hosting, network solutions and web development services. In 2013 its business operations experienced a 15% increase and the EBITDA margin grew to reach 38%, as well as the customer base which attained a total of 10,200 customers.

ETIMADEN - ETIPRODUCTS LTD, from Russia. Specialized in the extraction of boron ore and the distribution of high value-added boron products, this Turkish mining company with its office in Russia for the CIS area owns two thirds of the world-s boron mineral reserve and is the largest exporter of this mineral.

Pounce Consulting, S.A de C.V, from Mexico. Pounce Consulting is an information technology services firm located in Orange County, California with principal operations in the US, Mexico and Latin America, a Global Delivery Center in Guadalajara, Mexico, and a ERP Support Center in Monterrey, Mexico.
