Our People

Management team

LeGroup has a strong management team of experienced, highly educated personnel. Key managers all hold bachelor’s or master’s degrees from accredited universities in Vietnam, the United States, and Japan, and have more than 30 years of running/ managing production plants in multinational companies.

The company has continuous programs for human resource development

For the development and improvement of skills of each individual. Training courses with topic like “search within yourself” are frequently conducted to enhand the happiness and motivation from each person from within.
